The food was very tasty but it got cold because the drinks arrived after the meal. We had also ordered an extra plate and came after the drinks.

Extremely delicious pizza, just to my taste. There is even a dark beer or a cellar beer - unfortunately you don't get that everywhere either. The staff is very friendly. It's a shame that I was only visiting Augsburg.

We were there in August. Despite the fact that the interior was quite full, we were given a place at short notice because it had rained. The service was very attentive, the food came quickly and we were extremely satisfied with the taste!

We were there on a Sunday, it was bright sunshine - just hot and busy. I understand very well, but the signs saying that you should queue up to be assigned a table is a joke to say the least! There is a board on which the advertisement for Pimm's is bigger than the actual instruction. While we were standing in line in the scorching heat, 3 people have already left the line. When you finally arrive at the visibly annoyed waitress, you feel disgusted. All in all, it made the impression that you wanted to go to Berghain and not to a pizzeria. The waitress at the table, however, was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, apart from the dessert, the food was anything but worth mentioning. I have the impression that the restaurant benefits from its great location on Rathausplatz - however, clearer labeling should simply be considered.

Shame the service is so bad as the food is really tasty. Until now we could overlook it (it was one of our favorite restaurants), but not after this action. There were two of us and we waited almost an hour for our meal. Then only one of the two dishes came. After another 5 minutes the waitress came and said that her colleague had given the second meal to another table. After a few more minutes the second meal finally came. As a "reparation", my friend got a schnapps on the house. Since I didn't want to let her have a shot alone, I told the waitress to bring 2, I would pay mine. We had to pay for the second schnapps at the end, even though she said "No, no, that's okay". Something like that is absolutely not understood by good service. A dessert or two schnapps on the house should already be included, maybe we would have come back then.

Never again! Yesterday we were simply thrown out of this restaurant ... Customer orientation is 0. My friend went to the toilet but forgot her mask. Okay, we understand everything, mask requirement is very serious. She apologized and immediately went to the table to get the mask. In about a minute the waitress will come to us (she was really nice and tried to help us). We'd have to pay the bill immediately and leave !! But we still ordered drinks and didn't finish them ... We wanted to talk to the boss but he “unfortunately didn't have time”. We have waited and waited. In the end, we only got € 8 back for the last drink and left ... Simply speechless. Never come back.

Super nice young waitress greeted us and showed us the table. Everything is super easy with a QR code card. With the prices I thought, well, I'm on vacation. It can get a bit more expensive. However, I have to say that the portions are insanely large. And delicious. Had our fun there and will be back there again if I should come back to Augsburg. All thumbs up. I can only recommend it. The armchairs are extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the seats is particularly reasonable. There you don't even get the feeling of dining like fish in a can in the evening, it totally blew us away. Good value for money. The correctness of the staff is truly impressive. I also think the prices are absolutely fair.

A star for the nice waiter who gave us great advice and service. The kitchen, sorry, but apparently it has nothing to do with cooking. My friends' noodles were too salty, the sauces too hearty, and after halfway through, you couldn't eat any more. My lasagna was actually a soup and the meat smelled weird. Everything tasted almost as if you had taken the dishes out of the freezer and simply heated them up in the microwave. 0 stars ... Sorry, you were better before!

We as a family were yesterday and today in the outside area of ​​the Aposto to eat and drink. The food was very good to my liking - we had pizza and pasta. The whole team is good, but our service was great, even though she has only been with us for two weeks. Attentive and courteous, but totally personable! We haven't been "served" like this for a long time. I hope this woman will continue to do this job for a long time.

The service was very nice, really great. The manager had nothing else to do than to check that his guests were wearing mouth and nose protection. And in a very embarrassing way. A little soft skills training would certainly not hurt the nice gentleman.

Vacation in Augsburg The service works quickly and professionally! Despite very busy business, the conditions were friendly and very relaxed. The drinks and the food came quickly to the table. Everything was delicious and I can only recommend it!

Got completely ignored by the inattentive staff. Understand that one has to queue but no acknowledgement of us being waiting. Other guest bypassed the queue and no reaction by the staff. Decided to leave for another place.

Spontaneously went to dinner. Got a nice table. Were served very nicely. The food was delicious. The homemade drinks were great too. I can only recommend it.

A wonderful place, excellent food and really delicious drinks! But what was particularly noteworthy was the amazingly authentic friendliness of the staff. On a Saturday afternoon with the most beautiful weather and the currently really not easy conditions for both restaurateurs and guests, this stood out the most for us and perfectly rounded off our stay at the Aposto! When we are back in Augsburg we come again to try one of the great pasta and pizza creations ?

My siblings and I found the selection of drinks to be bombastic! I can only recommend this restaurant! The restaurant is really tastefully decorated. Not a cheap decoration, instead the color was very well matched to each other. Not only the nice local staff was the absolute hit when we visited, but also the great flair.

The food and service are both excellent. Would definetly recommend.

An upper class Italian restaurant, bar combination, offering tradional Italian meals with a large range of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. A little more expensive than other bars, however location and scenery is their unique selling point.

Not the best experience for the food nor the service. Being there for the first time wasn't impressed at all. During the reservation process via phone the manager granted me a table at the windows in the 1st floor. Upon our arrival the table has been giving away to someone else. Food-wise the mixed salad was ordered with balsamic dressing but came with yogurt dressing. The pizza was warm, but the plate was hot....not a good sign! The pizza dough is too thick in my opinion - if you expect an authentic Italian style pizza, you'll be disappointed. Overall I would only give two stars, but our waitress was trying so hard to compensate our bad experience with great service skills.

Has a great lunch today, everything was on point from food to the drinks to customer service. I had the baked fish and my husband had chicken. Both drinks were really nice. What can one more want when great food comes with a lovely view of the square.

Nice thin crispy crust with fresh ingredients that add a burst of flavor. If your looking for simple style pizza with complex flavors this is a great spot with a great view of the square. Our server was great and very attentive our table. Other reviews may have visited on understaffed or busier times.

Pro: Friendly staff Nice location English menus Cons: Food came in 45 minutes dry, cold and tasteless We had a Margherita pizza which was like a oregano focaccia (no mozzarella and 3 basil leaves) and Liebhaber - linguini with goat cheese and prawns which came very cold andand dry and so heavy and no taste besides the grease.

The day before yesterday we were in fine weather with this Italian on the Town Hall Square in Augsburg eat. The waitresses were friendly, the food came very fast and was delicious. The price was in spite of the great location also very good, we'll be back! I've also been here during the Christmas market, and I was not disappointed even then. Here you get consistently good quality.

This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This was a normal, not too crowded day and time and it took about 10 minutes after sitting down to even get a menu, which the waitress put on the table without a word and immediately turned around to walk to another table. In the meantime a different waiter from a different section came up to us and immediately gave off a hostile and arrogant vibe and told me off for still holding an empty plastic cup from a different place. I was hoping to discard it while we’re waiting for our food once we placed our order and I explained this to him, but he once again came over and told me off very condescendingly even though I held it in my hand UNDER the table, for virtually no one to see. I understand bringing outside food or drinks to a restaurant is a no-go, but this was an empty plastic cup. I was planning to order drinks and food, but the encounter with him completely made me lose my appetite. The waitress in our section kept serving every table around us but never asked us if we’re ready to order for a full 30 minutes while we were still sitting at our table. (we were using the time to look up alternative places to eat, got up and left.) don’t plan on ever returning. the food is good - thats why this review got 1 star, but the service is beyond awful, the food doesn’t make up for it.

The pizza and pasta are great. They do not offer the classic Italian dishes but experiment with the ingredients. I really love the menue and it is a very nice alternative to the traditional restaurants.
